At 3rdphix, we stand behind our premium sports gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original condition. If your equipment doesn't help you reach your peak performance, we are committed to making it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your 3rdphix account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
